i stopped asking for 15 minutes

built the replacement live. claude crashed halfway.

Every cold email ends the same way.

"Got 15 minutes?"
"Can I send you a quick Loom?"
"Worth a chat?"

And I'll tell ya what happens next...

It ain't what you think y’allllllll

They don't say no.
They say nothing. Because you asked for their time
before you'd given them anything.

So I changed one line. Filmed it. No script, no hook,
no credibility intro.

I'll give you a little taste

I picked a friend to "prospect" - Pete, a friend at
Supabase. We'd gone for a run that morning.

Wrote him a cold email. Same as any rep would.
Except the last line:

"Mind if I share a personalized one-pager explaining
further?"

Not a Loom. Not a meeting. A page. About him.

Pretend he says yes. Now I owe him a page.

Opened Claude. Typed: make me a one-pager for Pete Ryan
at Supabase on why his team should use Distribute.

Hit enter.

Claude went down.

Live. On camera. "Elevated errors." I left it in.

Came back four minutes later. Claude pulled that Pete
was a VC-backed founder, built the page, dropped in a
proof section and a 20-minute ask.

I embedded my Calendly. Told it to add an FAQ.
It wrote the FAQ. I hit accept.

Hit share → Gmail. It drafted the reply for me
AND attached a GIF of the page - with Supabase's logo
on it — so the email looks hand-built before he's
clicked a thing.

Three minutes of actual work.

That's the whole play.

And honestly... the page is the easy part.

The part that gets replies is why it works.

It's not the AI. It's not the design.
It's that the prospect opens it and thinks
"they actually made something for me."

Compelling. And different.
That's it. That's the bar nobody in your inbox clears.

Full unscripted build in the video. Every click,
including the crash. Copy it on your next account.

Lemme know in the comments if you want more raw ones
like this or if I should go back to the scripts.

Talk soon,
Andrew "No Script" Mewborn

P.S. If you've never set up the Distribute MCP with Claude, it's here → https://www.distribute.so/mcp. 5 minutes, and you can build pages from wherever you already work.
